Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Form for Consumers

“Consumer” as defined in this cancellation policy means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Silvia Neitzner, Vortexgrids & Darkfield-Enigma, Forsnäs 120, 924 94 Sorsele, Sweden; email address: sam@darkfield-enigma.com, phone number: 0046767605723) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

We will cover the cost of returning the goods if you use the return label we have provided. Otherwise, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exception: Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

By purchasing a digital product (e.g., a download, e-book, software, online course, or other digital content), you have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract will begin before the statutory withdrawal period expires. Upon completing a purchase of digital content, you were aware that your statutory right of withdrawal would be forfeited upon the commencement of the contract’s performance.
