Against Chronic Pain
00:20:00 Isochronic Tones, Audio Strobe, Sound
The sub-delta range (0-1Hz) is used here. This can help with chronic pain.
It calms the limbic system, especially the amygdala and hypothalamus, as these operate in the delta range.
It primarily affects the limbic system, where the amygdala is responsible for emotional processing, especially with regard to fear, aggression, and emotional memory.
The hypothalamus is the link between the nervous system and the endocrine system (via the pituitary gland).
It regulates vital bodily functions such as body temperature, hunger, thirst, sleep, sexual behavior, and stress responses.
It thus controls homeostatic processes (the body’s internal balance).
Please listen with headphones
Do not drive or operate machinery while listening or for at least one hour afterwards!
The same applies here—do not listen more than twice a day!
Not suitable for people with pacemakers, epileptic seizures, or pregnant women.
ATTENTION!!! Only use if it is clear where the pain is coming from and it is not simply being suppressed without knowing what is causing it! This is medically important. Example: Appendicitis causes pain; if this pain stops, it has ruptured and becomes an absolute emergency. It is therefore necessary to diagnose the pain beforehand. Use this brainwave at your own risk!!!
Please note: The base file is available in WAV format and AIFF format, as too many frequencies are filtered out in MP3 files, which significantly reduces the effect.
This is only a download—not a physical product.
