It puts the brain into a delta state, which normally triggers healing processes in the body. Most people fall asleep while listening.

It can be used in combination with the Godplatten resonator. This is placed on the respective part of the body where problems may exist. Please remember that this is not a recognized therapy method and consult your doctor or alternative practitioner if you have physical problems.

Use headphones and lie down, preferably in the dark, or use a blindfold.

Do not drive or operate machinery while listening or for at least one hour afterwards!

Contraindicated for people with pacemakers, epileptic seizures, and pregnancy.

Total duration 1 hour. Isochronic tones, noise, and audio strobe are used in combination with a ramp technique. This slowly guides the brain into the desired state and then back again.
