I do not include any subliminal messages of a religious nature, sexual content, or violence!

The brain doesn’t simply “shut off” when exposed to such sounds. Rather, attention can shift from active processing to a less tense, steady state.

The file is in .wav format—which means it’s best to download it using a computer—it’s available as a ZIP file, but it’s still most over 600 MB. This is the best way to properly implement the subliminals—most MP3 players will cut them out, and the files won’t work correctly.

Once it’s finished—which takes about 3 to 5 days—we’ll send you the file.

So please download it only using a computer!!!

Of course, the files can also be copied to a cell phone afterward.

It’s best to listen with headphones—at a low volume.

There are NO brainwaves in the file, so it can be listened to in the background even during the day—for as long and as often as you like!

Here are some examples

Or ocean waves, like these

or the “Thunderstrom” as used on this CD
